ABS aramid fibre (Kevlar) provides excellent features for printed parts without nozzle clogging while significantly reducing the phenomenon of serious abrasion to your printing equipment. The optimised formula produces a less fragile filament compared to a lot of the carbon-reinforced thermoplastics normally available on the market. Comes in a 500g spool.
ABS Kevlar Aramid Fibre 1.75mm
Filament produced in France by the Nanovia company, based in Brittany. This filament, for industrial and consumer use, combines ease of printing and the quality of a mechanically resistant material. Kevlar aramid fibre ABS is a formulation specifically designed for 3D printers. The aramid fibre size distribution has been specifically selected to adapt to standard print nozzles. The combination of a precise fibre content and size selection means you can obtain excellent characteristics for your printed parts. This Kevlar filament prevents nozzle blocking and reduces the phenomenon of serious abrasion to your printing equipment. The optimised formula produces a less fragile filament compared to many thermoplastics commonly available on the market. Print settings are compatible with most 3D printers with a heating plate. These Kevlar aramid fibres are calibrated from pure recycled aramid fibres to adapt to 3D printing extrusion nozzles of 0.4 mm or more, and thus prevent clogging of the nozzle, which often occurs with standard carbon fibre (standard deviation: 155.3) Features: - Lighter parts - Increased resistance to friction - Shock absorption - Less brittle
If grinding or milling printed parts, users must wear personal protective equipment (mask, gloves etc). |

This PTFE dry lubricant from WD-40 is ideal for lubricating mechanical parts, including the axles, of your 3D printer. 400ml size.
A stainless steel spatula with handle in two materials, useful for many applications with your 3D printer. The stainless steel finish ensures a long life for your equipment! 50mm wide spatula.
These thin needles allow you to clean and unclog the nozzle of your 3D printer in case of a blockage causing filament extrusion problems.
This odourless spray adhesive allows your 3D prints to stick firmly to the print plate of your 3D printer. A few sprays are sufficient to make the first layers stick. 3DLAC spray comes in 400ml size.
