UV chambers are useful for the photo-polymerization of pieces printed in 3D. These chambers allow printed objects to be solidified using UV lamps specifically dedicated to curing the resin that makes up 3D prints.
UV chambers are dedicated to 2 types of printing technologies: SLA (stereolithography) and DLP (Digital Light Processing), once the pieces have been printed in resin, just rinse the prints and put them in these UV chambers for a set period of time in order to make the pieces harder while allowing them to complete the polymerization (finishing the piece).
UV chambers are referred to differently in different fields of application: polymerization tunnel, curing oven, drying tunnel by polymerization, UV oven or UV station. Find the best UV chambers specifically for 3D printing, all tested and validated by the team.
The Eco LightBox UV chamber from Vertex has a drawer with a black door where you can conveniently leave your prints to solidify. A first switch lets you power up the device while the second lets you choose the polymerisation time (5 or 10 minutes).
