Once printed, your item should be placed in a closed container of D-Limonene (see accessories) until the HIPS filament dissolves completely. HIPS filament is used in conjunction with ABS (same extrusion and plate temperature). Using HIPSIn this example, the HIPS filament (white) is used to support the overhanging portions of the printed 3D model (blue ABS). It is then dissolved in D-Limonene to disappear completely. | Printing tips

A stainless steel spatula with handle in two materials, useful for many applications with your 3D printer. The stainless steel finish ensures a long life for your equipment! 50mm wide spatula.
These thin needles allow you to clean and unclog the nozzle of your 3D printer in case of a blockage causing filament extrusion problems.
This set of needle files is an essential tool for removing the supports and rafts of your 3D printed models. The kit consists of 6 needle files of various shapes to fit any 3D prints.
D-Limonene is used for dissolving HIPS-type filaments. HIPS filaments, used mainly as print supports, dissolve in a few hours in D-Limonene. Use with care.
The caliper with LCD digital display measures the accuracy of your 3D prints. Made of carbon, it can measure from 0 to 15 cm with an accuracy of 0.1mm (100 microns).
