Filaflex is an elastic filament for 3D printing. This revolutionary new material is a TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) with a polyurethane base and certain additives to make it printable on a 3D printer.

A flexible filament, elastic and soft


Filaflex has incredible elasticity that allows you to create flexible printed pieces for your projects. You can now create soles, grips, handles, belts and any other type of object that requires a degree of elasticity up to 700% with SHORE A 82 hardness.

This Filaflex spool is Beige in colour.

How to print FilaFlex Beige


Flexible filament prints differently from more rigid filaments. Its elasticity requires a slower speed than normal to avoid under-extrusion.

  • No need for adhesive materials on the plate, as FilaFlex is not prone to peeling
  • Use a low speed of 20mm/s initially before increasing if the results are satisfactory

To prevent the nozzle from clogging, it is sometimes advisable to reduce the filament drive system pressure (depending on your 3D printer).

For improved extrusion, it may be useful to increase the flow directly on the printer or in the Gcode setting.
