Filament produced in France by the Nanovia company, based in Brittany.
This filament, for industrial and general consumer use, combines mechanical strength and reduced clogging and abrasion to the nozzle.
The combination of a precise mix of carbon fibre and Kevlar aramid and selection of their size provides excellent features for ABS parts printed without nozzle clogging while avoiding the serious problem of abrasion to printing equipment, as is often the case with 100% carbon composites.
These aramid fibres are calibrated from pure recycled aramid fibres to adapt to 3D printing extrusion nozzles of 0.4 mm or more, and so prevent clogging of the nozzle, which often occurs with standard carbon fibre (standard deviation: 155.3)
